I Find What Your Inspector Probably Missed

I've personally flipped 60 homes over the past 5 years, so I know what a property's true condition actually looks like, not just how it shows. My construction background means I catch things most agents walk right past: signs of foundation movement, water damage, aging systems, the stuff that turns into a real cost down the line. If something looks off, I'll be the one stepping away mid-showing to FaceTime my structural engineer, so you get a real answer on the spot instead of finding out after you've made an offer. I'm not the agent pointing out countertops and paint colors; I'm looking at the bones of the house, and I'll bring in the right expert the moment something needs a second look.

I`m Obsessed With The Nitty Gritty Details.

Zoning, building codes, title issues, tax records: I dig into all of it on every deal, not just enough to sound smart in a listing description. I'm not an attorney, and I'm not giving legal advice, but I know enough to spot when something needs a closer look, and I have a network of attorneys and specialists I bring in the moment it does. Most buyers don't realize they needed this kind of attention until they're in a deal that's gone sideways: a zoning surprise, a title problem, a contract dispute, and suddenly it's the only thing that matters. I'd rather you never need this side of me, but if you do, it's already there, and so is the right professional to handle it.

I Negotiate Like It’s My Own Money

I’ve written hundreds of offers as an investor representing only myself, no hesitation, no one else’s risk tolerance to protect. That’s where the real skill was forged. Most agents have only ever negotiated on behalf of clients too cautious to push boundaries, so they’ve never actually found out where those boundaries are. I’ve tested my tactics with my own capital on 60+  of my own transactions, and sharpened them further representing clients in dozens more. I know what’s actually possible in a negotiation, and I bring that sharpened, tested edge to every deal I do for you.

My Network Answers When I Call

This isn’t one lender, one attorney, or one contractor I send every client to. I’ve built multiple relationships in every category, and years of real deals have taught me exactly which one to call for your specific situation. A tricky title issue needs a different attorney than a straightforward closing. An investor deal needs a different lender than a first-time buyer program. When I give you a name, my name is attached to it, so I only vouch for people I’d trust with my own deals. That’s the difference, I’m not handing you a name, I’m matching you to the right person for what you actually need, and standing behind that match.

Watching You Win Is My Favorite Part

I’m a son, a brother, an uncle, a friend, before I’m ever an agent. I’ve spent my whole life sharpening my real estate skills, but none of that means anything if people don’t come first. I know the technical side of a deal cold, zoning, contracts, negotiation, but I also know what it feels like on your end, the excitement, the stress, the sleepless nights wondering if you’re making the right call. My goal isn’t just getting you to the closing table, it’s making sure you actually win, and making the process enjoyable while we do it.

MEET MILES

Miles was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. His mother worked in apartment management, so real estate was part of his life long before it was his career.

He attended Auburn University before leaving to start a business, and moved to Columbus, Ohio in 2017. In 2019, he began his real estate journey, helping families find their next home. Along the way, he started investing personally, buying, flipping, and structuring deals with his own capital.

Today, Miles has completed over 225 deals, on and off-market. That includes more than 60 personal investment transactions over the past five years, all done with his own capital and at his own risk. That dual perspective, agent and investor, means he brings both market knowledge and hands-on, money-on-the-line experience to every deal.

He's built his business around negotiation, real construction knowledge, and knowing this market from the investor side, not just the agent side. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, or investing, his goal is to make sure you know exactly what you're getting into and that you come out of the deal ahead. Outside of work, Miles is single and a proud uncle to two little ones. He's a lover of nature and the outdoors, and he knows every hole-in-the-wall restaurant and town worth visiting; friends consider him the go-to local tour guide. He lives on the east side of Columbus in a 1970s mid-century modern home, his favorite project yet. Miles is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), and Columbus Realtors.

If you're looking for a realtor who's negotiated with his own money on the line, knows Columbus like a local, and will treat your deal like it's his own, let's talk.
